How do the donations work?

A portion of every sale—for example, $2 from each kitchen towel—goes directly to the mission associated with the product you choose.

We carefully select organizations doing admirable work on the causes you care about, and we contribute directly to support their efforts.

Can I choose the cause I want to support?

Each product is linked to a specific mission. You pick the item, and that determines where your donation goes.

Do you ship gifts directly?

Yes—you can include a gift note with any order and it will be sent to the recipient via email. Look for the Gift button on the Cart page.

Can I recommend a charity?

We love hearing about causes that matter to you. Reach out through our contact form—we’re always looking to grow our impact.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! You can return unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery – no questions asked. Just email us at askamoose@thegivingmoose.com with your order number and we’ll help you out.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect. If that’s the case, we’ll cover it no problem.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping when ordering $60 or more.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we hope to in the future! Right now, we only ship within the U.S.
