Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your towels—and feel good about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns:
You may return unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, just email us at askamoose@thegivingmoose.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once we receive the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges:
Prefer a different design? Reach out—we’re happy to help with exchanges if inventory allows.
Final Sale Items:
Any marked-down or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Friendly Note:
Because a portion of each sale is donated to a cause, we hope you’ll consider gifting items instead of returning or tossing them—they make meaningful gifts for teachers, hosts, or neighbors!
